This course is designed for

  • psychologists, teachers, instructors of yoga, Chi Kung and other traditional systems, interested in upgrading their professional skills;
  • people of stressful professions who’s activity demands such abilities as coping with stress, self-control in stressful situations;
  • those who suffer psychological stress and need to cope with it and prevent its harmful impact on organism.

The course is licensed by the Ministry of Education and Science.

72 Hours Psychological Trainings for Stress Control in Traditional Health Systems includes following issues:

  • Use of traditional health systems in recreation therapy and rehabilitation.
  • Relaxation techniques in traditional health systems.
  • Breathing techniques and pranayama.
  • Stress prevention methods.
  • Rehabilitation after stress.
  • Effect of sound, form and colour on human’s physical and mental state.
  • Meditation techniques.
  • Psychic self-regulation.
  • Traditional health systems teaching methodology.

After completion of the course you will be able

Education certificate

After completion of studies a certificate in Psychological Trainings for Stress Control in Traditional Health Systems is issued.

Mode of study

  • Full-time education. Studies are held once a week at weekends from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Length of course is 6 weeks.
  • 10-days intensive course. Off-site training is also possible.
